We use time-varying discrete event simulation software to model the entire sustainment structure and allow us to examine the end-to-end effects. These models allow us to answer questions ranging from the tactical to the strategic. The focus on individual parts allows IDA to investigate a plethora of courses of action to address readiness shortfalls. By leveraging our extensive experience in model building, we can create new sustainment models quickly and effectively for our sponsors.
