IDA conducted a multi-method evaluation of the Naval Research Enterprise Internship Program (NREIP), the flagship STEM program in the Department of the Navy. The evaluation included a statistical analysis of who applies to and accepts offers from NREIP, a mixed method analysis (interviews, statistics) of what interns believe they gain from the program, an original site-level survey to better understand NREIP's organizational features and more.
